India's financial regulations live in PDFs. They shouldn't.
Neolex is an attempt to turn regulations, circulars and policy documents into structured, version-controlled, machine-readable infrastructure.
What is Neolex?
Neolex is a project to build a regulatory infrastructure layer for Indian securities regulation. The objective is to take regulations that currently live inside PDFs and other static documents and convert them into machine-readable, machine-executable code — and then build a complete ecosystem of applications on top of that foundation.

Neolex is being built in 14 steps, from a simple SEBI circular converter to a full RegTech API platform. Each step builds on the last.
